Oh no!

Sometimes surprises happen! If you have an appointment scheduled with us for your pet’s grooming and need to reschedule, please give us a call as soon as possible so that we can offer the space to a client from our wait list.

If you are unable to give more than 24 hours notice, this is considered a “no show” and is subject to our late cancellation policy as follows:

• First time- No penalty, however a note will be made on your account and a credit card on file will be required to schedule further appointments.

• Second time- You will be charged a $25 no show fee per scheduled pet.

• Third time and ongoing- You will be charged the full price of the missed appointment.
